Since our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your product, we offer an exchange for defective or damaged items.
How to Request an Exchange

- Please provide details and photos of the issue with the product so we can assess the situation.
- If the exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item and receiving a replacement.
Exchange Conditions
- The item must be in its original condition and unused.
- The issue must be a result of damage during transit or a defect in craftsmanship.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by us.
